Abstract
In this paper, some parameters that must be taken into
account in the development of a signal processing algorithm for a
FM-CW Radar are discussed. The purpose of this algorithm is to
show the monitored objects on a display unit and can be
interpreted easily by the users. FM-CW Radar is a type of Radar
which is being developed by the PPET-LIPI for a coastal
surveillance. Aspects of obtaining the required information,
changing the Radar resolution and range are also described. A
preliminary result showing the Radar display is presented.
